At the window lever, push the door panel towards the door. If you look closely to the base of the window lever, you will see a small circular pin. That is what is keeping the window lever connected. I removed mine by simply using a pair of long nose pliers. Just have a watchful eye as it might jump because of the spring effect. Putting it back on is a bit trickier, but you'll get it.

I had trouble too. If it's like mine, there is a black plastic key on the underside of the start lever box . To remove the window knob,you need to purchase a tool at any auto parts store, you would then slide the tool behind the window crank and simply push out the clip that holds the window lever in place.
Door cards. remove screw from window crank. remove the plastic insert from door, lever inside, pry. with a pry spoon , pry between lower card it goes pop, and repeat as you move. then its out. lift to clear arm rest, perch.
These simply lever off. I initially experienced difficulty but the secret is to use a very new, sharp straight blade screwdriver. Hold the blade tight against the lip and lever against the drum.

Roll down the window, reach outside, and lift the door latch or lever.
There is a rubber insert at the top of the brake pedal lever that has probably broken apart due to age. Without this insert the brake light switch can't turn off. You can buy a replacement insert from the dealership for about $4 and install it with your fingers.
