Low or no oil pressure. Can be low of oil, a failed oil pump, or other problem.
If the engine is cool, then this isn't a problem (pressure in the cooling system isn't developed by the running engine, it is developed by the heat from the running engine). However, if the hoses don't feel like they're under pressure at normal or higher operating temperature, it does indicate a possible problem. The possible problems could be anything from a blown head or intake gasket to a low or empty radiator. Regardless, if this is the case, the problem needs to be diagnosed and repaired before the engine becomes damaged.
check oil and oil pressure if good sell it
It is either the sensor is bad, or there is not enough oil pressure. You could replace the sending sensor and see if that clears up the problem, otherwise you are looking at a more major problem dealing with your oil pump etc.
the reason you here noise from your muffler are because less pressure from your engine is going fast.
well a couple things could be wrong depending on what year. if it is a hydraulic lifter then the oil pressure might not be high enough for the oil to reach the lifter causing a knock. another problem could be that your rod and main bearings could be worn out causing a knock and low oil pressure.
Probably the fuel pressure sensor malfunctioning...
You could have a fuel pressure problem, lack of spark, malfunctioning computer, or internal engine damage.
The engine could possibly seize.
There could possibly be a leak where alot if pressure is building up and if not maintained could be the loss if your transmission. Some spots could spray up to 10 feet, not saying this is your problem but a very likely possibility. Mine has never had transmission problems since we bought it in 98 brand new. But your could be defective.
If an engine runs well otherwise but stalls on heavy acceleration, the problem is typically fuel related. Check the fuel pressure, both at an idle and when you accelerate. You'll need a fuel pressure gauge that offers the ability to monitor the pressure from inside the cabin. If it IS fuel related, the problem could be either the fuel pump, fuel filter or the fuel pressure regulator.
I do not have a answer for it, do you an answer for this problem?
What model do you have? I am saying no to your question. In most vehicles the service engine light deals with the operation of the "engine", igniton system, exhaust, and fuel system. If there is a problem with the brakes you could see an ABS light (if equiped) or a BRAKE! light on. If the Service engine soon light is on in your vehicle the problem lies in one of those systems. Good Luck
