Who bought 20th Century Guardian Life Insurance Company of Battle Creek Michigan because I have insurance policy with them
If you have a policy with this company and you know the state that the policy was taken out in. I might be able to help you find out who bought this company out. Please email me at Helthyliving@aol.com Michael
Whichever company wrote the policy should have a copy of it.
A 'commission' paid to an insurance agent generally comes from the company that the insurance policy is placed with, NOT from the individual who bought the policy. If the agent knowingly, placed the policy with the intent of collecting the commission, and then immediately cancelled the policy then, yes, that would be fraud, unless his working agreement with the insurance company addresses it otherwise.
When the policy holder dies, his nominated person gets the proceeds in the form of sum assured plus accumulated bonus, loyalty addition if any from the insurance company where from the policy was bought by the policy holder.
Contact the company (or who it's been bought by) - the policy is still good - ask them what you need to do - and you will probably need a death certificate.
NO... You need to let the car insurance company know that you bought a new car.
You need to call the Insurance Company or look in the statement of values page.
Southern Life Insurance became London Pacific Life and Annuity in 1989. It later became Philadelphia American Life. For information on a policy you can visit the company's website at www.philadelphiaamerican.com.
I am a caregiver for an elderly, blind man that has a policy for life insurance thru this company, and would like to know if the policy still exists and if the new company took over on the existing policies that banker's union life insurance co., consumer's had?
I have a policy that was taken out for me when I was born? Are they still in business? Who bought their business? Can I enforce it?
You can call the insurance company and provide your policy number, and they can provide any details on your policy, or send a duplicate policy if the original was lost.
