Co-Managers do a variety of different tasks including, but not limited to dealing with the store manager and the assistant managers and all the way down. They report directly to the store manager and typically don't do a whole lot other than the store managers paperwork and asssit the assistant managers with any concerns they may have.

the difference between a Co-Manager and an Assistant manager is the fact that the Co-Manager is basically the Right Hand of the Store Manager and they have the same authority as the Store Manager just that the store manager has the last word and if the store manager isnt present the Co-managers can make decisions for him. Assistant managers have the authority over the lower ranks in the store and basically they are in charge of certain departments such as foods, clothes, etc
