If your battery is fully charged and the connections are clean and tight, the problem is probably that the contacts in the switch are corroded or worn, meaning your ignition switch will have to be replaced.

It is just under the front of the dash, But on the top side of the steering shaft under the dash.
it is the powering steering pump and or PS fliud leak
You will need a steering wheel puller and a steering lock removal tool You rent them at yourlocal auto parts store
