The rear hub nut torque settings on a Renault Clio should be set at 175Nm this is what holds the disc in place.
Try taking battery terminal off car and back on again it worked for me with crashed Clio
The Honda accord rear will bearing should be torqued at 60 pounds. You can ruin the wheel bearing or the wheel seal if you over torque the wheel bearing nut.

Yes they will but rear will reequire a smaller spacer to clear the rear damper.
