There is one illumination bulb to light up the gear shift indicator. Remove the center rear console, then the console around the shift lever, and you will see the wires on the left side that go to the bulb. Twist the small socket and it will come out, then just put in a new bulb.
1. Open cup holders and remove (2) Phillips 7mm screws. 2. Unsnap and remove dual power outlet assembly from lower storage. 3. Open lower storage door and remove (2) 7mm screws inside. 4. Models with DVD - Remove DVD player and remove (2) 7 mm screws from behind and (2) 7 mm screws near the floor. 5. Remove lower storage compartment . 6. Remove (2) 7mm screws (facing up) from under cup holder.
Remove the center switch console. remove the 4 spring clips holding the square heater motor housing and remove the housing. Inside the heater motor housing Remove the two spring clips holding the heater motor in Remove wiring connections and then remove the heater motor. Install new heater motor and installation is in the reverse order of above.
When changing the lights on a 1995 Acura Integra remove the dash on the center console and pull it off. Remove all the accessories and reach the old bulbs. Replace the bulbs.

2 remove the cdplayer/tape unit...pull out the center air vent underneath the CD player. There will be 2 x 10mm bolts in there...remove boths and bobs your uncle
I think it's on the floor behind the center console.
This is the service manual for 2004 model, but the center console should be the same. Had this problem for a long time, and this finally helped me to remove it. Finding the parts for it is another story though... http://www.users.on.net/~bmrogers/2004.zip
Remove the center console to get at the burned out bulb. Consult the vehicle manual to learn how to do this as different models may have slight differences.

Computer/ECU/ECM is behind the center console on the 'hump' between the driver and passenger. Good luck on getting it out.

Remove the cover from around the brake handle by removing the two screw in the lower front and the two bolts inside the center console. Remove the top locking nut from the cable and then turn the other nut clockwise to adjust the brake.
Depends on the model year. Also, are you trying to remove the dash with the instrument cluster, or the center console with the HVAC and radio?
