If the Chrysler Sebring won't start after going through a puddle, the problem is probably that the starter relay switch got wet. This is not a common thing but if the starter relay was bad to begin with, moisture will make the problem worse. The starter relay is located on the starter.
lots of strain on the engine i would imagine..
it can if it is hydraulic it may be an electric motor that works same way as window winder
Check and make sure all the plugs going to the ECU and PCM are plugged in.
From what you describe, I wonder if your alternator or battery are going bad. I think I'd have them both checked at Auto Zone or Checker or the like. They'll probably check them free. I think it will be in the starter. When they start to wear out, heat causes them to quit functioning until the cool off for a few..... This is common in the Chrysler v-6. The smart key was an add-on option, but it still had a small chip in the key. If you have this option, there will be a small black or grey bump at the base of the metal part of the key.
map sensor is located on the upper intake on the passenger side near the back.
I have a 1997 Sebring Convertible. Engine is currently at 152,000 miles and still going strong.
No. You have to remove the dash.
Going under the assumption that you meant 2002 Chrysler Sebring, it depends on if you have sedan, coupe or convertable. See sources and related links below for all wiper blade size information.
If only the odometer is going blank, the cluster assembly is failing.

Your float on your fuel filter is sticking. Your going to have to drop the fuel tank to access the fuel filter it is located right in the middle of the tank.
When a crankshaft sensor is bad the engine will not run. The sensor is not usually intermittent, it is either good or bad.
going through a deep puddle will cause water to get into your Distributor causing the spark plugs not to fire, take off the distributor cap and make sure its dry as a bone
You need to have the system checked for codes. Any electrical problem with the trans can cause a no shift.
