Well, you need water to live because your body run on water. You can experience dehydration and die if you do not quench your thirst. But, that doesn't mean you have to drink water; you could drink Juice, Tea, Milk, Soda, ECT. But it isn't healthy. You should drink 8 8oz. glasses of water PER DAY to stay healthy. If your urine is yellow then you need more water.
Water is also good for:
Thirst!!!!
Because it's thirsty ! ANY animal in need of water will seek out ponds, pools etc to quench its thirst !
It helps because if you notice, highly populated areas are near water such as southern Ontario. Water then is used for fishing, hydroelectricity and provides a bountiful supply of water to be used for daily life. It is the thing we need to survive, to replenish our thirst.
Wolves can die of thirst because they need water within 3 days...
U drink water your body is almost 100 percent water without water nothing on earth would survive
Cheetah's are meat eaters and they can survive on the moisture content in the meat they consume. However they need to have a drink of water atleast once a few days. Cheetahs are like all other mammals and can die of thirst and dehydration if they don't drink for a week or so.
water is the only thing we literally can not live without. With out water, we would get de-hydrated and die of thirst. Of course we also need air to breath, food and warmth.
Thirst is not a slang term. It means you are in need of liquid.
Bees collect water everyday. They need water to help with the process of converting nectar to honey, to create wax and to quench the thirst of the thousands of bees which work in one hive. Hives are most commonly found near sources of water too, so the bees don't have to travel far for their water and also because there tends to be more flowers surrounding water.
That is the theory of motivation. If the body needs water, a state of tension that is recognized as thirst is created until that need is fulfilled.
yes
You should definitely have water when you have signs of dehydration, including thirst, a light headed feeling, and dark yellow urine. Aggressively stay hydrated if you are sweating or exercising.
