Bleach is an on-going Manga/Anime - I'm also assuming that's what you're talking about, but so far there are no pairings. Currently, I am an Ichigo/Rukia shipper, so I dearly hope they end up together. ^^

None that anyone knows of. Many people will say, "Oh! Naruto loves Hinata! They will be together forever!" or "No. Kiba and Hinata should be together! I mean, look. They are on the same team!" etc.~LexiMany people think Neji had, despite them being cousins, because Japan is not bothered by cousin romances. But this is mostly due to the "Rock Lee's Springtime Of Youth" spin-off, where Neji does have a pretty bad crush on Hinata. In the canon, I doubt he has a crush on her.
Does people hate orihime?
There isn't any technical romance in bleach (you could count orihime's love for ichigo as romance I suppose, however they're not together). However I think Ishida might like her by the way he tends to look at her and worry about her.

Although many IchigoXRukia fans out there believe that they will end up together, and the fact because they are so close to each other, this question has no definite answer as of now.There is no evidence that Rukia "loves/likes" Ichigo in that sense of manner, and the same goes for Ichigo. Yes, they are really close friends, and are nearly always seen together.Unlike Orihime, whose feelings for Ichigo have already been revealed, Rukia shows no such feelings toward any of the main characters as of yet.Perhaps maybe later in the future will this question be answered officially.But for now.... the answer is: We do not know yet. I understand that him and Rukia have a strong bond but I can only see them together as friends. I think that Orihime would be much better for Ichigo because she's cheerful and encouraging. I have to admit that she doesn't have any skills to battle, but she has great healing powers and they come in handy all the time.
