You would receive the lowest adult rates for auto insurance but it is not possible to give estimates on a forum like this. There are far too many factors that go into rating auto insurance these days to give even general estimates. Just some of the factors effecting rates are your State, Zip Code, driving record, claims record, vehicle information, types and amount of coverage desired, credit rating, use of the vehicle, discounts for multiple vehicles, discount for experience, other drivers in the house, miles to work or school, and many more. Some companies use over 50 different factors to determine rates. With computerized rating programs the number is almost unlimited. I remember the day when we had to rate policies by hand which would be impossible now especially when we are comparing multiple companies at one time in order to find the best rates for each client.
it depends on what accident in Florida the insurance would cost your butt.
If the car that was involved, in an acident was insured yea!
It does not matter if he was drunk or had no insurance. We would need the details of how the accident happened.
It is possible that the insurance rate would go up if a permitted driver has an accident. Usually, raising insurance rates is not an individual decision.
health insurance personal accident
I would switch insurance carriers.
I would call their insurance, if you did not know who they are or they didn't have insurance, I would call your company and they can get the ball rolling.
If the car has not been repaired but the damage is cosmetic they will probably insure it for liability only If the car has been repaired it will be no problem to get insurance. If the car is deemed salvage or rebuilt, you can get full coverage, however keep this in mind. A branded title makes the car worth 35% less than average retail. The coverage AFTER the accident , of course would not caver any claims concerning that accident.
you would have to pay for everything out of pocket
You should be talking to the insurance company that insures the vehicle you were a passenger in. If it was a single vehicle accident they will be responsible but if it wasn't then the at fault drivers insurance would cover it.
You don't have to live there as long as you are listed on the policy.
Their insurance would be primary and your insurance would be considered secondary when filing a claim.
