Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated. When I was little, my mother used to take a washcloth and wet it with cold water, fold it and place it on my forehead. Popsicles are a good idea. Gatorade and Sprite work well too. Constantly check your temperature to make sure your body temp. is going down and not up. Don't move around a lot, stay on a comfortable couch or in bed. Keep a bucket with a plastic bag in it close by for when you can't make it to the bathroom to you know, vomit. And make sure that when you get up to bring the bucket with you. And REST, rest, rest, rest. Do NOT try to work with a fever.
