It depends on your Margarita recipe but , assuming that you make your drink form Ice, tequilalime juice and triple-sec, then the only sugar will be from the triple-sec and to find out how much that is you need to look at the bottle.

you can but the brown sugar will clump together. you would need to dry out the brown sugar first
