What if the other party admits fault but the accident report says you are at fault will the other party's insurance pay since the party admitted to fault?

GET IT IN WRITING!!! Having an oral admission of guilt from the guilty party when YOU are on the report as the guilty party doesn't mean a thing.

If both parties that are involved in an accident have the same insurance, the party who is responsible for the accident would have to pay. Even if they are on the same insurance plan, it is like both of them paying.

You need to contact your insurance provider immediately. the person you hit may or may not have ins. Let your insurance provider handle this one. You did what your were supposed to do by law.
