Nancy Drew Curse of Blackmoor Manor wont install. It just comes up with a messg saying that the game may be corrupted or it might not be formatted to play. But all my other games work. what do i do?

If you go to www.herinteractive.com in the help section, there might be a patch. Just search the error message, and you might find something. Good luck :)

If you have downloaded it and you have the sims 3 installed just create a folder where you can find the file and double-click on it, a window should come up saying do you want to install content? and you just click install. It should appear in your houses bin. Also in the ea games - sims 3 folder there is a sub-folder called downloads. You can place objects and people and things you download off websites in there and the game shoudl automatically update.

Probably not, though it might be. There are some updates that will require user intervention to install usually you will be prompted as you shut down to install updates and shutdown

Change the hdd type from sata to ide. Change the hdd type from sata to ide. The only way to install XP over Vista is to first format the hard drive, thus removing all traces of Vista and clearing the HDD of any information that may cause a conflict. Once formatted, XP SHOULD install as it would on any new system. Alternatively, buy an Apple Mac and save yourself the trouble of continually upgrading a windows based PC just to line the pockets of Microsoft :)
