1. draw the idea of a poly print on paper e.g a flower or face etc.....
2.trace over it with tracing paper with thicker lines in darker areas.......
3.place the tracing paper on a polystyrene board and prick with a sharp pencil pen or pin or whatever works, prick over the outline in the main areas
4.remove the tracing paper (don't worry if it is ripped or not) you will be left with the outline of your design on the polystyrene board
5. get a board which is easy to wipe paint off of as you need this in a minute also you will need an artist marble paint scraper to roll the paint out onto your board to start the poly print
6.choose the color paint you want and roll it out on the surface of your choice
7.once you have rolled out the paint until it is left with a bubbly pattern place the polystyrene board onto the paint and firmly press it with any flat surface which is heavy to make sure the pattern is fully covered
8.pick the polystyrene board up and place on the different color paper of your choice
9.repeat this as many times as you want with different color paper and paint
