Actually, if you asking about a specific thing, your question wouldn't make sense. A private game server is when some one copies the coding to a game, edits it to how they want, then put's it on the web. The most common games to have private servers are: WoW, Counterstrike, and Runescape.

So,what that means is,you won't get 'arrested' you will get in BIG trouble and get your AQW account disabled and your Private Server closed down.
