I suggest to have at least 3-5 players (5 would be better/best) probably 2 mages 2 warriors and a healer that would do............so ok, here it is first you need to defeat the staff to attack escherion ( you can attack him but he takes no damage) do this repeatedly the staff always come back so I think you will have some patience.
