You do need a hard drive to download expansions, but the system won't turn on if you don't have a hard drive, so if you can turn it on without problems, and can play games then you definitely have a hard drive and you are able to download expansions.

Will you see Dawn of war 2 changed its stragetic game type. Its not like any other dawn of war games they created. So i say you could play the game but not as PRO as you did before. BUT dont forget there is always a tutorial in the game so you can learn quickly :)

No, the Sims 3 Seasons and all other expansions are stand alone and that do not require any other expansions. However, if you use Seasons in conjunction with Supernatural, you receive the Weatherstone as well, giving you the power to control weather.
What is a service patch?
A server patch is whenever they fix bugs, do maintenance on the server, etc. Why do they do it? So that the servers are running appropriately for us to play on. It can also add things to the game like new raids, dungeons, quests, anything they want to put in the game in small portions is put into it by a patch. Whenever they want to drastically change it is when they release expansions. You do not have to pay for patches but you do have to pay for expansions.

Can the dawn of war expansion pack soulstorm unlock the imperial guard and races from the other expansion packs without the other expansions?
For example if you purchase soulstorm by itself through steam. You may go to skirmish and play ANY race you wish, however, when you click on multiplayer the races to choose between are limited to: Dark Eldar && Sisters of Battle. If you purchase the other expansions plus the original copy then you can play all races (room for error). This is a major buzz kill because the game is fun.

you might need to clarify this question a bit, but i will answer like i think you want. you can play wow online if you install the client without the expansions, yes, but you will not have access to the updated content in either of the expansions. you will not be able to go to outlands or northrend. you will not be able to create a death knight in other words, just install all the expansions, its lots easier.

it is because you need to purchase the : Dawn of war Dark Crusade in order to unlock Tau and Necrons. Dawn of war Winter Assault to unlock Imperial Guards and at last Dawn of war ( The First Game ) to unlock Space Marines , Chaos , Eldars and Orks And after that you will need the Keycode of all of them and activate each one when the time appropate
On Warhammer 40k Dawn of War what armies can you play as?
In the original game, without expansion packs (Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War), you have the option to play as the Orks, Space Marines, Chaos Space Marines, and Eldar. If you add the expansion pack "Winter Assault" (requires Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War or one of its standalone expansion to play) then you gain access to the Imperial Guard. The standalone expansion, "Dark Crusade" (does not require Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War, or Winter Assault to play, but you can only access armies which come with the game) 2 new armies, the Necrons and the Tau, are added. Finally, in "Soulstorm" (another standalone expansion which doesn't require Warhammer 40,000 or any of its expansions to play) adds the Dark Eldar army and the Sisters of Battle. Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War is stand-alone. Its expansions, Dark Crusade and Soulstorm, are also standalone (Winter Assault is NOT standalone and requires the original Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War game or one of its other expansions to play). However, you only get armies that you pay for. For example, buying only Dark Crusade and Soulstorm provides you with only the Necrons, Tau, Dark Eldar, and Sisters of Battle. You cannot access the Eldar, Space Marines, Orks, or Chaos Marines, who require Warhammer 40,000 original to play.
