∙ 8y agoWell, it's not uncommon for the hit-and-run vehicle and driver to be unknown, so not knowing the license shouldn't be a factor. But I'm confused by the "if you are At Fault" part of your question. Do you mean that you did the hitting but the other driver ran? Doesn't really matter, I guess. If you have collision and comprehensive insurance, it should pay the claim. If you have only liability insurance, you don't get anything.
As long as you have collision coverage

∙ 8y agoYes you can get your license when your 18 in Washington state if you didnt take a drivers education class. Your insurance rates will be higher. Drivers education is required for people Under the age of 18 to get their license
Well, you have made yourself look better for court but YOU didnt have it at the time of the accident. You will still get in trouble,
whut if you were in a bus accident and the bus didnt get the insurance information
okay well not sure what will happen for sure but my gf was driving my car and it was not insured and i lost my license and restication for 3 months and had to pay a fine and so did my gf and she got points on her license the other car she rear ended didnt have any damage done to it...so therefore you will probably not get ur license for sometime and the rest would probaby depend on what kind of insurance your parents have..they may have to pay out of there pockets for the accident
Hit and run doesn't matter if there is damage or if you have time. If the crime was witnessed and reported it is likely that someone will be arrested.
Are you asking about transmission problems that someone hit you while in park? Or that you didnt have money to fix it and asked the insurance company to help? If its the first scenario, you will need proof that the damage done to your transmission was a direct result from that accident. If its the second one, your insurance doesnt have to pay anything, as that's what warranties are for, not insurance policies.
No, it would not be valid. You really should get the license.
Yes.Added: Just as long as all the other information on the ticket is correct it will stand up in court. (e.g.: DOB, drivers license number, make of vehicle and license tag number, etc).
If the driver of the car has permission to drive and didn't have insurance. The claim could be filed with the insurance company that insures the car. Chad Joiner
