Not quite sure what you mean by this, but yes, I'm sure you can. Let's use a zombie game for example... Blood, Gore, mild language from the cast. If you want a M game for the sake of having no sex in it I am sure there are some.
Your parents might think you're to young, to immature, or they just don't believe in playing video games. But what kinds of video games are you talking about? Animals, violence, learning, building, or sexual activity? I don't see anything wrong in playing animal games, unless there's visual mating or something like that. Violence, I can understand if your parents don't let you play those. There might be to much blood or maybe they just don't like violence. There is nothing wrong with a learning game in my opinion, but your parents might thing differently. (and I'm talking about math and reading skills, not the other stuff you were thinking) Building, again, I see nothing wrong with a building game. If you are not even in your teens yet then that's why they won't let you play sexual games. If I was your parent I wouldn't let you play these until around sixteen.
maybe
Maybe people find better prices and selection at Amazon or maybe it is your local store
Copied maybe but real or play station store bought ps1 games yes
It really depends, about 30 maybe, it depends how good it is.
I think all the Halo games (like halo reach) match your idea of an okay M rated game
You can play on facebook... or try games that is slient and not violence? Otherwise maybe your boos could fire u! =X
Modern Warfare 2 the game is rated M for violence, gore, and adult language. lol that's the nice sounding campaign rating i would say that the online rating is violence, gore, MASSIVE adult language, and a lot of drug references
Probably because of Intense Violence just like most fps games maybe blood and gore or just blood and most likely to have strong language if not then that's good but i think it pretty much is and if their is more to the game their may be drug reference but probably not that's all i think it should have because i saw screenshots and game videos by producers at gamestop.com check it out and youll see why.

Um it has violence and more mature actions that maybe younger viewers can't see
We just watched Prometheus which was rated R for sci-fi violence. We wondered what exactly the term meant as well, but think it perhaps has to do with the creatures or blood involved. Perhaps the violence not resulting in red blood is considered "sci-fi". Maybe it's that the violence is between aliens and humans (as opposed to human vs human). I'd love a better answer, but that's what we came up with.

The game is rated M, there is some gore and blood, plus violence, because your shooting weapons and its a killing game. I recommend to people 13 and up. Maybe mature 11 and 12 year olds.
Pretty sure it's fantasy violence, mild coarse language and maybe some sexual references.
The book is targeted towards young adults, so maybe 14 and up. I wouldn't recommend anyone younger due to violence.
it leads you to suspension in school and possibly death maybe Prison
