The character of Susan does not appear in the book The Voyage of the Dawn Treader (except in a short scene in Lucy's thoughts alone), so she will not be appearing as a main character in the film, just in a short cameo appearance, as will William Moseley (Peter) and even Tilda Swinton (the White Witch).
Though Susan and Peter were not mentioned in the book, Voyage of Dawn Treader, and Aslan told them at the end of the second movie and book that they were too old to return to Narnia, the list of cast members does mention William Moseley as Peter.
