It is not supposed to open unless the water pressure on the outside of the pool exceeds the pressure on the out side. so if the pool is full of water you are not going to be able to unless you are superman
McCarty pool is open all week long from 1 pm to 5 pm. Admission is for 12 and up $2 and $1 for ages 3 to 11.

Pool maintenance in the offseason is just as critical as it is during the pool season. If you haven't uncovered it, it's highly recommended to still clean and filter it out to the best of your abilities. This will stunt algae growth that will be a pain to clean up later on.
yes it can cause when they empty out the water for mostly a year and 4 moths and 31 days they fill it back up
The water will level itself so you can live with it if you would like. Otherwise, emptying the pool and setting it up again sounds like what you have to do.
close it down and open it up again.
oviessly u go in your bath room and full up the bathtub with water :)
No it is best not to> if you drain a pool there is always a risk that groundwater will get under it and you end up with a pool floating like a boat in a puddle. it will never settle down properly again. Find out about winterising your pool from a local pool shop, they will give you all the pointers you need,
It depends where you live. For my family we ususally open our inground pool when summer first starts (maybe around the middle of June or anytime in July). It really depends on how hot the temeperature is where you live and and when the weather is hot enough. It is really up to you. This year though we weren't able to open our pool due to the bad weather we experienced.
Usually they can. It depends on the space available in the pool. Lessons will usually not take up the entire pool so i'm guessing the rest of the pool would be open to free swim.
