U must feed them,play with them,socialize,and put them in a room that is cosy and high in comfort level Hope this helped. You also need to keep their Aspiration Level as high as possible, and if they have a relative that really loves them, try choosing him/her and then click on the Grim Reaper and try Plea, or something like that. Also, if you have more than 33 000 Aspiration Points, buy Elixir of Life from the Rewards panel, it adds you 2 or 3 days, and only of your Aspiration level is gold or platinum, or, sometimes, near gold. If a sim dies in your game and the Grim Reaper comes, make another sim from your house go and plead with him. He will then make you play a Chance game, if you win the game, the dead sim comes back to life (But with low needs), if you loose then the sim remains dead.
