All six warp songs (Minuet of Forest, Bolero of Fire, Serenade of Water, Requiem of Spirit, Nocturne of Shadow, Prelude of Light) are all automatically learned from Shiek who will teach them to you when you reach that point.
Zelda's Lullaby is taught to Link by Zelda in the garden after Link obtains the Kokiri Emerald. Since Link must meet Zelda to continue the game, this song is impossible to not learn.
Saria's Song is taught to Link when he finds Saria at the end of the Lost Forest. Travel back to Kokirir Village and go through the Lost Woods to find her. Since Link must meet Saria again to continue the game, this song is impossible to not learn.
Epona's Song is taught to Link when he visits Lon Lon Ranch after Malon and Talon have returned there from the Bizaare. Visit Lon Lon Ranch after Link visits Zelda for the first time. Malon is in the middle of the ranch and will teach it too you.
To learn the Sun's Song, visit Kakariko Graveyard. Travel to the very top level and play Zelda's Lullaby on the the Triforce in front of the huge gravestone. Jump down the hole after the lightning destroys the stone and travel to the very last room where the song and engraved.
To learn the Song of Storms, visit the windmill in Kakariko Village. Play the notes (A, down, up) that the man inside is playing and you will learn it.
The Song of Time is automatically taught to during the course of the game. You need not worry about passing this one up.

Sheik's role is to teach Link the songs for his ocarina and tell you where you need to go next in ocarina of time. He only appears in the Ocarina of Time as a main character. He is secretly Zelda's alter ego.
