This question could be split two ways.

1. Does Jamaica have any dormant or extinct volcanoes?

Yes. Jamaica and surrounding islands of the Antilles were in fact formed from volcanoes. These volcanoes rose from the ocean billions of years ago to form the islands that we know today. So, in a sense, the entire island of Jamaica is a volcano.

2. Does Jamaica have any active volcanoes?

No. There are no active volcanoes on the island of Jamaica. There are, however, many mountains in Jamaica's Blue Mountain Range.
