There isn't a language called 'Pakistani'. There are over 100 languages spoken in Pakistan. But if you mean the national language 'Urdu' then there are two ways of saying it.
If you're speaking to a friend or a partner - 'Tum khoobsurat ho' And if you're speaking to an elder and want to be formal you say 'Aap khoobsurat hain'.
