The tolls from new York to Atlanta are dependent on how many axels. Every time I went to New York from Atlanta, I spend about $50 with 2 axels, $100 with 3 axels and tractor trailer cost about $500. The only tolls you worry about are the ones in New York. There are no tolls from New York to Georgia and only a couple in Atlanta but none going straight to downtown or through.

Around 60 to 75 dollars in gas if you are driving a car... And about $18 in tolls if you take the quickest route on the florida turnpike from miami to I75 north... About a 5 hour drive
Connecticut has no toll roads. The Massachusetts Turnpike (Mass Pike) has tolls east of Springfield, but what your specific trip would cost depends how much of your trip you spend on the Pike.
