'Good Morning' can be written in katakana, but since katakana is mainly used for foreign languages, it would not be written as the Japanese would say it (ohayou gozaimasu), but as they would say it in English (gudo mouningu). I am not entirely sure if this is the actual way to write it in katakana, but this is how I would write it in katakana: グッドモーニング (as i said before, gudo mouningu).

If you are, in fact, looking for the hiragana and just got confused with the names, then this is the hiragana for good morning: おはようございます (ohayou gozaimasu). If you want to say this to friends then you can just write おはよう (ohayou).
