Some of the more hilly and mountainous regions of Israel have snow during the winter months, but while the winter is colder than the summer, it is not substantially colder (in contrast to more temperate areas).

∙ 8y agoYes. Winter is (roughly) mid-November to mid-March. It snows every year on Mount Hermon, and most years in the highest areas including Jerusalem, Zefat and Hebron. Deep snow is rare but sometimes occurs (1991, 2013).
