Short answer no. Long answer it depends on if they are on probation or parole. Probation means the judge has control of the situation and you are not entitled to anything because you aren't physically confined to a jail cell. If you are on parole the parole board has the ultimate power. They can choose to give you partial or full credit based on whatever factors they deem relevant. You are not entitled to "street time" in any way shape or form because Idaho law states that unless you are literally physically detained in a jail, prison, or other facility you are not actually serving a sentence.
