There are several different variations of the story, this is one of them:
According to myth, Zeus had an affair with Persephone and she gave birth to Dionysus. Zeus's wife Hera found out about it and sent some titans to kill Dionysus. The titans tore him to pieces and ate everything except his heart, which was saved by Zeus who drove the titans away with his lightning bolts.
Zeus gave the heart to Semele who impregnated herself with it and Dionysus was reborn.

Several hundred. They cannot really be counted, because different ancient authors do not agree.
Dionysus was the Greek god of wine. He can't really be 'made'. Perhaps you could create a Dionysus by drawing a picture of him.
Dionysus is often depicted wearing a tiger skin. So, no - he himself did not have tiger skin.
Dionysus is the god of wine and intoxication. He was originally a demigod, but was granted immortality by his father, Zeus. When wanting to ascend to the 12 Olympian status (the twelve major gods of the throne room), strife was caused among the gods, since twelve gods/goddesses were already in place in the throne room. In order to prevent a war, Hestia, the goddess of the hearth, stepped down from her throne and allowed Dionysus to claim it. This imbalanced the room - leaving them with five females and seven males - but no one really cared.
