apple pips contain a minute molecule of cyanide but as i understand this it is safe to swallow a couple of pips perhaps twice a week.

discovered that b17 ,amygladin ,laetrile found in apricot kernels and certain other

foods,although contained cyanide does a wonderful job killing off cancerous cells

when taken in the right dosage with a digestive enzyme like pineapple.

Personally the scientist says apricot kernels should be taken as per the following

up to 10 apricot seeds a day as a cancer preventative,but the but the food standards agency in the UK says don't take more than 3 a day,
