Yes, you can. The area above and behind the last seats has a level defined as "out of the park" - the point that would have been over the back wall if there were no roof. Mickey Mantle hit the first home run in the Astrodome (the first closed stadium in MLB, and it was frequently described as being an "out of the park" homerun.
For example:
"The 400,000 square foot domed stadium, built under the supervision of former Harris County Judge Roy Hofheinz, was dubbed the "Eighth Wonder of the World" when it opened in 1965. Some Baseball fans speculated nobody would ever hit a home run out of the park, but Mickey Mantle proved them wrong during the very first game played under the dome."

No player ever hit a home run to the center field bleachers at Cleveland Municipal Stadium.
Fenway Park
No baseball has officialy been hit out of New Busch Stadium which opened in 2006. At least not during a regular Major League Game. Here is al little bit of history. Back in 1986 a player by the name of Mike Laga hit the only baseball ever to be hit out of Old Busch Stadium (1966-2005). Although it was a foul ball it actually left the stadium and landed in a flower bed just outside the first base side of the stadium. The Cardinals were playing the Mets that night and the fans gave Laga ( much to his embarresment) a standing ovation. How is that for a baseball town.
Eric Young, in the first ever at bat by a Rockie at the stadium.
No person has ever hit a fair ball out of Yankee Stadium! But Mickey Mantle came the closest on Memorial Day in 1956
yes there was a walkoff grand slam this year
around 246 newtons of force
No, a fair ball has never been hit of Yankee Stadium. Mickey Mantle came the closest twice, hit right roof shots that hit the facade (1956 and 1963) coming within a few feet of leaving the stadium. Also, Josh Gibons and Jimmy Fox and Barry Bonds hit long shots that stayed in the stadium. Hack Greenburg hit a ball out of Yankee Stadium but it was declared just foul.
