Development of sociology was precipitated at the onset of agrarian revolution. As new methods of agriculture were being invented, industries grew because now production was in surplus and human population was not enough to convert them into consumables...Industrialization in itself gave rise to settlement around the industries.People moved from their former settlement to centers where industries were located, this in modern terms is called 'URBANIZATION'.Urbanization brought about several reppurcations in way of life, changes in culture,is what now brought about interest ,this interest in the society in respect to how this changes affect and are addressed is what is called sociology. So in a nutshell, agrarian revolution, industrialization and urbanization are the contributorieS to sociology
The Industrial Revolution and the Enlightenment were two major factors that influenced the development of sociology. The Industrial Revolution led to rapid urbanization and social changes, prompting the need for understanding societal shifts. The Enlightenment encouraged critical thinking and the application of reason to analyze social issues, laying the groundwork for the study of society.
There are many factors that influence the development of sociology. One was the science that was developing all around it.

In sociology, fusion refers to the process of two or more distinct groups or cultures merging, blending, or coming together to form a new composite identity or entity. This can lead to the creation of shared norms, values, and beliefs, as well as the development of a collective identity that incorporates elements from each group. Fusion is often studied in the context of multiculturalism, globalization, and social integration.
The two broad areas of sociology as a science are social structure, which focuses on the patterns of relationships among individuals and groups; and social dynamics, which examines the processes that shape behavior and interactions within society.
Urban sociology and urban planning are closely related fields that both focus on understanding and shaping the urban environment. Urban sociology examines the social dynamics and interactions within cities, while urban planning focuses on the physical design and organization of urban spaces. Collaboration between the two disciplines can lead to more effective and sustainable urban development by integrating social perspectives with planning decisions.
Agriculture and trade are two major factors that aided the development of complex social systems. The ability to produce surplus food through agriculture allowed for larger populations and specialization of labor, while trade helped facilitate communication, exchange of goods, and formation of interconnected networks.
