Less than 5% of middle school couples get married.
If specifically asking about marriages, see related question below. In it's literal form, this question is very hard to answer as many couples, regardless of genders, do not develop into long term partnerships. Gay marriages have the highest percentage of households with children, at 16% in Canada. This is followed by same-sex common law unions which have about half the rate of households with children at about 8% in Canada. The percentage of non-common law, non married gay couples with children is much lower. In the United States, about 20% of gay couples are raising children as of 2014.

Well, it isn't bad to have a girlfriend in middle school, although it isn't "required". You can most definitely have a girlfriend in middle school, if you semi know what you are doing. For example, most middle school couples, by majority, or normally very awkward, where the two won't even talk to each other, but will have the given title, while other couples act as if they are married. It is honestly a hard question to answer. It depends on the person, really, both girl and boy.

I would say pretty low. I do know of two people who met in 7th grade and got married after school (high school) but, I would think that you meet to many other people along the way and find differences that weren't there which could make you break up. You also grow up and might not like each other later. That doesn't mean it can't happen but I believe it is pretty low.
