blood is a term used in the sixties and seventies to describe one black man to another,we are blood we are family. the younger being called young blood., this carried over when the black panthers came to compton. when the panthers left, a neighborhood organization was founded called the crips, cousin or cuz was also used before the gang terminology also meaning black man to black man we are family, .feuding over the turf began when the minority of blacks didnt want to all be crips because of some of the crimes they were commiting against other black neighborhoods, bloods were founded on piru street and every blood gang in compton begins with piru in dedication to the founders who wher the gangstafied outlaws of the time. the colars come from the highschool of our first og's. dont be askin any more questions unless you are one.
