It depends. Most of the Middle East is part of Asia, so it is not a stretch to call Middle Easterners Asian in the same way that Russians living in Siberia are Asian. However, typically the term Asian has become the politically correct term in the USA to replace Oriental (the word referring to the peoples of East Asia, like Chinese, Mongolian, Korean, and Japanese). This causes much confusion between which inhabitants of Asia are being considered by the term "Asian". Many Indians prefer to be called Brown or Desi to differentiate themselves from the preconception of "Asian". Middle Easterners similarly like to identify by national or ethnic group. The United States census, however, identifies all Europeans, Middle Easterners, and North Africans as being Caucasian. Egypt is in the Middle East but is in Africa, not Asia.

The question doesn't make too much sense as Asian and black are totally two different kinds of descriptions. One being location, the other color of someones skin. Bangladesh is a country in Asia (next to India). Bangladeshis are considered to be Asian. And by black, do you mean African black? If so, then the answer is no, bangladeshis are not considered to be black. However there are dark skinned Bangladeshi people that live in Bangladesh.

Upper middle-class usually consists of high professions and upper-level managerial positions where the practicioners are required to hold postgraduate degrees. For instance, a surgeon would be upper middle-class, while a nurse practitioner is middle-class. A university lecturer is upper-middle-class, while a secondary school teacher would be considered middle-class. Outside of the professions and in the world of business a company vice president or president would be slated as upper-middle-class while a transportation manager or sales mamager is middle-class.
Arabs are considered Middle Eastern. Many census-takings, such as the American Census, classify Middle Easterners as being a subset of Caucasians.

Anyone who is born in the continent of Asia can be considered Asian. People of Asian descent can also be considered Asian although some people from the Middle East would not identify themselves as Asian.
