Well,the healthy way to eat is only have three meals a day.

But i guess little bits in between like fruits wouldn't hurt! :]

The best way to find out how much you should be eating in terms of calories is to use an online BMR calculator. I would advise you use a version where activity is also included to give a more accurate result.
