In Chinese mythology, a female dragon is a Phoenix or FengHuang in Chinese.

There does not seem to be a term in popular use to describe a dragon of either sex based on its gender.

I'm not exactly sure, but I've seen a few words around. Female dragon, she-dragon, dragoness..........................I'm not sure why they made these words, because they're kinda simaliar to cats. Anyway, that's all I know.

And Upon deep research, I find the correct term to be dragin. Sounds so Beautiful!!

In fiction books of Eastern Dragon types theauthors'have give femalenames such a Dragonel, Draka,or Dragoness orreferred to them indifferentcolors, as male and female differ in gender. However generally all Dragon's are just "Dragon", whenreferredto in nonspecific gender, but whenreferred to for gender separation Dragon males are Drake's nothingspecific for females.

There is not a specific name for a female dragonfly. The dragonfly is an insect and belongs to the order of odonata and the suborder of anisoptera.
