There were people from 40 different countries on the ship, so one must assume some would be Muslim.
___
I became intriqued by this question and popped over to Encyclopaedia Titanica's website. They have the passenger manifest there you can comb through.
I found a couple of names that could be Muslim: Mr. Ahmed Ali, 24, 3rd class passenger. He was travelling with a Mr. William Ali, 25 also 3rd class passenger, but I'm not sure if he was Muslim.
Mr Ali Assam, 23, 3rd class from Syria
Mr Mohamed Badt, 40, 3rd class also from Syria (or Lebanon)
Akar Boulos, 9, his sister Nourelain, 7, and mother Sultana, 40, all 3rd class, from Lebanon
Mr Yousseff Ibrahim Shawah, 33, 3rd class, from Lebanon
Mr Mustafa Nasr Alma, 20, 3rd class, from Lebanon.
There are more names, but you would have to look through the passenger list yourself to find them.
