I believe a priest is normally limited to no more than three Masses in one day.

.

AnswerAbsent special pressing circumstances, a priest may only say Mass once a day. If he has to say a second Mass, say on a Sunday, it is called binating and he must obtain permission, at least implicitly from his Bishop. If he has to say three Masses - known as Trinating, he must call his Bishop each time and obtain a dispensation. I have never heard of any permission beyond that, he may only keep the stipend for the first Mass said.

According to the Code of Canon Law, priests are "earnestly invited to offer the eucharistic Sacrifice daily" (Can. 276 § 2).
