You don't need a reason! It is worn to protect from pollution, cold weather, infection, sun tanning, mosquitoes, heat, and to get warm breath during night. It can also be a fashion. It can hide you identity. Some love the feeling of having their face wrapped in a cloth! So, there is no place and no reason to not wear a scarf mask! It is all time useful.
