Personality is the person in addition to her body. It includes aspects like intelligence, feelings, character, temperament: Temperament has to do with things like intuition verses reason extrovert or introvert decisive verses indecisive feeling verses intellectual --in various degrees. I believe most of personality is present at birth, hereditarily, but aspects emerge at various stages of growth and maturation and can be influenced to a limiteed extent through environment, experience. I think a lot of employers "push their luck" in what they require of potential employees. I would consider it an invasion of privacy. After all, in many situations employers can't ask ethnicity these daysw! I think the administration of a personality test could be a violation of the employment aspect of the law. By: Samik Mitra.
This phrase suggests that anger typically arises from a perceived injustice or offense, even if the reason behind it may not always be valid or rational. It implies that anger is usually triggered by emotions rather than logical reasoning.
Bad attitudes often are a result of excessive stress. Concerns for job security, a sense of a lack in pay they feel they deserve, a sense of being harassed by coworkers or bosses. And sometimes it is because they are just plain grumpy and seem to be more content having a bad attitude for whatever reason.
A sense of humor the ability to understand or share in comedy, or situations that are funny in any way. It allows you to appreciate a joke or comedic story. Humor also includes an intellectual ability to see the meaning of a joke, pun, or absurd situation. Sometimes we are unable to appreciate humor, especially if we are the ones being laughed at for some reason. In these situations, humor can sometimes cross the line into deliberate cruelty. However, learning to laugh at one's own foibles is usually beneficial from a psychological standpoint. A sense of humor is being able to discern, appreciate and express the humorous in everyday life. It's not only being able to tell or understand a joke. It is being able to see the humor in a situation or the comedy an innocent error can create. It is being able to smile at irony and laugh at oneself. It enables a person to transform a story of something that happened and make people laugh when they hear it. A sense of humor is not as much about "being funny" but about "knowing what is funny." But this capacity can vary greatly among individuals.
The rhetorical appeal that uses reason to stir up emotions and sympathy is known as logos. This involves presenting logical arguments and evidence to persuade the audience emotionally by appealing to their sense of reason and intellect.
employers do not know potential employees

>employees dont like having to think for themselves<
Sad, that. Employers can fire employees for any reason, good, bad or no reason, as long as no statute or contract is violated.
Employer free speech is basically the idea that employers are free to speak to their employees and use captive audience. Employers can insinuate that they intend to fire an employee if he/she joins a union or for whatever other reason. It is legal for employers to threaten to shut down a company because of employee activity. Therefore employers have leverage over the actions of employees They can shift opinions, elections, etc.
At will employment
employers paid children less than they pais adults
Yes, because having a view of the big picture of the business helps give reason to their efforts on the job.
Certainly. Employees have no expectation of privacy unless the employer explicitly offers it or a statute compels it. HIPAA does not apply to employers, and ADA does not deal with sickness, ONLY permanent impairments.
Employees need to understand legislative requirements for various reasons. The main reason is to ensure that they are not oppressed by their employers. This is by fully understanding their rights and it also helps them to avoid contravening the legislative requirements.
With spiraling medical costs, the employees without health insurance coverage will be in total jeopardy. As a result, they will absent from their duties frequently and their working strength will gradually reduce to a low ebb. Considering the above scenario, the employers deems it essential to purchase insurance plans for their employees' health coverage.
