you've got a flaw.............in your personality..........like your really angry over nothing.......

ANSWERS

technically it is differences in a personality to other personalities, which is generally everyone and every animal.

it is referred to as a flaw because other people don't like it or know why you do it or what to do with you when you do it, ie anger over small things as above poster said or you are over emotional at sad things or happy things

they are not really flaws but differences and they are what make a personality an actually personality as apposed to a clone.

anyone with a severe anger or depressive problem etc has a problem and not a personality flaw.

your personality is not a flaw to those who know and love you, nor to yourself, unless YOU feel you want to or need to change!

No. It does not always mean they like you. However, I do not know your case/situation. Maybe he flirts a lot and does other gestures at you. Perhaps he does like you. I could say I like your personality. In fact, I could say I love your personality, but that doesn't mean I like you. You need to find out more.
