Certainly. Many people are afraid of clowns, too. It's called coulrophobia.

Coulrophobia is the fear of clowns. The one more so aimed towards mimes is metamfiezomaiophobia.

Metamfiezomaiophobia - Fear of a mime, mimes, pantomime, or people in disguises.
