Easy..... stand with your back to a full length mirror, twist your head to the side so you can see yourself in it.

Take your right hand and raise it up behind you, then bring it down, palm flat, with a fair amount of force to the right butt cheek to make firm contact.

Then give yourself a wink and smile in the mirror and continue with your day.

Well, I use a short paddle or riding crop to strike my belly, breasts, and thighs. It's easier and more effective to self-spank on your front.
