Fascism is extreme right-wing authoritarian politics, and is strictly hostile towards democracy, liberal ideas, etc. Fascist regimes are usually controlled by the oppressive and harsh rule of a dictator. Countries such as North Korea can be considered fascist, and the people under fascism are oppressed in their own society and usually have few rights.

A fascist government would usually be solidified under a leader. That leader would have freedom of speech, but noone else would.
In a totalitarian state all economic activity is controlled by the state. It is usually led by a dictator, all production of foods and goods are controlled by the state, the government controls all media so there is no freedom of press, and a person is absolutely not allowed to speak out about the government.

Limited Government- has limited say in what the governed are doing. It has free markets that aren't touched by the government.There are laws, but is not soviet communism or a strict empire. Unlimited government- has much more control over who it's governing. It is totalitarian and is usually controlled by a despot or dictator. There are many more laws and restrictions
