We do not even know if Sophia actually lived or if she might be a fictional character. If she did actually exist, it would have been sometime in the first or second century.
St. Sophia died three days after her daughters were tortured right in front of her eyes for beleiving in God. This date was approximately 137 A.D. (I'm not sure though, I got this off of wikipedia)
