Henry Ford is an outstanding man. He found trade schools to improve the talents of worker. He either created or donated land for libraries, university, college campuses, hospitals, churches, recreational facilities, and highway interchanges. He set up a fund called, "the Ford Foundation, an organization for channeling aid to worthwhile causes. It was one of the largest of such charitable organization in the world. He set many lead for the CEOs today, instead wealth and advantage toward the goods of the community.
